These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, your booking of appointments, your purchase of services, and your participation in services provided by Norfolk Consulting LLC.By using this website, booking a session, purchasing a service, or communicating with Norfolk, you agree to these Terms.
Norfolk Consulting LLC provides coaching, consulting, wellness education, personal-development support, business strategy, accountability, strength and movement education, PSYCH-K or subconscious belief work when specifically agreed, and related services.
Services may include complimentary Connection Calls, paid Clarity and Onboarding Sessions, Coaching Sessions, monthly coaching containers, mentorship, workshops, or other offerings made available by Norfolk.
Services are personalized and may vary depending on the client, session, package, or written agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, book services, or purchase services from Norfolk, unless otherwise agreed in writing and permitted by applicable law. By using this website or booking services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to enter into these Terms.
Appointments may be scheduled through Norfolk’s website, Cal.com, email, or another approved scheduling method.
You are responsible for reviewing the appointment date, time, time zone, meeting format, and any instructions provided before your session.
Norfolk may offer complimentary Connection Calls. A Connection Call is an introductory conversation and does not guarantee that Norfolk will offer ongoing services. Paid sessions may require payment before the appointment is confirmed.
By booking, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Attend your scheduled appointment
- Notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule
Payments may be processed through Stripe, Cal.com, invoices, payment links, or another approved payment provider.
Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment may be required before services are provided. Norfolk may offer one-time sessions, packages, subscriptions, payment plans, or customized service arrangements. A monthly coaching container may include a set number of sessions per month, session preparation, personalized guidance, accountability, light between-session email support, and related resources or reflections, as described at purchase or in writing.
Unless otherwise stated in writing: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Unused sessions do not automatically roll over.
Failure to use included sessions does not automatically create a refund.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing, but does not automatically refund prior charges.
Custom packages or payment plans may have additional written terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping your payment method current.
Sessions may generally be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations, missed sessions, or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Norfolk may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies at its discretion. If Norfolk must cancel a paid session, Norfolk will generally offer a replacement appointment, credit, or refund for the affected session.
Norfolk’s services are collaborative. Norfolk may provide questions, observations, education, strategy, recommendations, resources, accountability, and opportunities for reflection.You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, health, business, finances, relationships, participation, and wellbeing.You may ask questions, decline recommendations, pause participation, or seek support from another qualified professional at any time.
Norfolk’s services are educational, coaching-based, consulting-based, wellness-oriented, and personal-development focused.
Norfolk does not provide: Medical care, Medical diagnosis or treatment, Mental-health diagnosis or treatment, Psychotherapy, Psychiatric services, Crisis intervention, Emergency services, Legal advice, Tax advice, Accounting advice, Investment or financial advice, Norfolk’s services are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional care. Do not use Norfolk’s website, email, booking forms, or services for emergencies. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate emergency provider.
When offered, PSYCH-K and related subconscious belief work are provided as personal-development and reflective practices.
They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, crisis care, or a guaranteed method of changing health, beliefs, behavior, relationships, business results, or life circumstances.Individual experiences vary.
Norfolk does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, business, financial, physical, emotional, relational, or wellness outcome.
Results vary and depend on many factors, including your circumstances, participation, decisions, consistency, resources, health, environment, business conditions, and factors outside Norfolk’s control. Testimonials, examples, or descriptions of potential benefits are not promises of specific results.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, downloads, resources, videos, and other materials, belongs to Norfolk Consulting LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated.You may use website content for your personal, noncommercial use only. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, distribute, publish, teach, license, modify, or commercially use Norfolk materials without prior written permission.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Norfolk is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, content, or practices of third-party services it does not control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norfolk Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from your use of the website, booking process, services, third-party platforms, or reliance on information provided through Norfolk. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
Some services may require a separate client agreement, informed consent, waiver, subscription agreement, written package description, or payment terms. If a separate written agreement directly conflicts with these Terms regarding a specific service, the separate written agreement will control for that specific service.
Norfolk may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website or services after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
